Recipe: Green banana mint smoothie with almond milk
Serves: 1
Time: 10 minutes (with freezing overnight)
Ingredients:
banana | 1 cut up and frozen
spinach | 1 large handful (or cup)
mint| 1 large tbsp (or a lot)
almond milk | 1/2 cup frozen
water | 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and mix, adding extra water if the mixture is not blending well.
